TAR GONE is a powerful, multi-solvent designed to dissolve and remove deposits of tar, asphalt, pitch, bitumen and all types of petroleum-based materials water pressure washing. This product may also be used for any type of degreasing operation where the strong penetrating and emulsifying action is required.
Heavy Equipment Maintenance Terminals: For cleaning and degreasing heavy equipment (semi- trailers and tractors, earth movers, etc.), engines and frames and other areas exposed to
contamination of heavy, heat-oxidized grease and oil soils.
Fuel Oil Terminals: For removal of oxidized heavy (Bunker ‘C’ or #5) heating fuel oils from transport trucks, pumping and related fuel oil distribution equipment, terminal storage tanks, heat
exchangers, boilers, etc. Use diluted product for removal of light oils (diesel & range oils).
State & City Road Maintenance Operations: Removal of tar and asphalt deposits from vehicles and related tar and asphalt application equipment (trucks, yarders, shovels, wheelbarrows,
other hand equipment, etc.).
Roofing Operations: Removal of old tar and asphalt deposits to facilitate reapplication of new tar or asphalt. Maintenance cleaning of contaminated roof trim & functional equipment (down spouts,
gutters, etc.). Also, equipment used in the roofing trade (mops, shovels, buckets, trucks, etc.).
